Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime from your account's billing settings. Or you can reach out to our team and we can help with your account change.

For the first month, each plan comes with starter credits so you can send emails and texts for Free. Credits do not apply to Voice Ai.

Once you use all of your starter credits, you'll simply pay as you go from there it's just one tenth of a cent per email, so ten emails would be a penny.

Text messages in the U.S. are slightly over a penny to send and receive.

Example of cost: $10 dollars = 10,000 emails or 900 text messages

Again, if they are long, they might be a little more.

We have a hassle-free cancellation policy!

On Monthly plans, you can cancel at any time, so you won't be billed on the next billing period.

On Yearly plans & Custom projects, unless otherwise stated in your agreement, simply give us 30 days notice that you'd like to cancel so you won't be charged for the next billing period.
